With 35 m² of space, the apartment features a welcoming living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, an open bedroom, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 3 guests, and a baby cot is available on request. You'll also enjoy a pleasant shared outdoor area, including a 100 m² garden and a playground. The owners live upstairs but respect your privacy. Nearby, you'll find a tennis court just a 15-minute walk away, as well as a communal lake with natural swimming, accessible in 10 minutes on foot (open daily in July and August). The Mercantour National Park and its many hiking trails are also close by—perfect for nature lovers. Pets are welcome. Smoking indoors and hosting parties or events are not allowed.
